Open, international e-competition above the threshold, for the award of spatial competence PE Preveza, for the school years 2019 - 2020 and 2020 - 2021 (until 31.8.2021).

An electronic, open public procurement procedure above the threshold, with the award criterion the most economically advantageousOffer, solely on the basis of price, for the award of transport services for pupils with spatial competence Preveza, for the school years 2019 - 2020 and 2020 - 2021 (until 31.8.2021), with a right to a four-month extension.

Main Site: Zurus Municipality School Facilities.

Bus routes for the transport of primary and secondary school pupils to schoolterritorial units of the Municipality of Ziros, budget 258 871, 23 EUR without VAT. or EUR 321 000, 32 including VAT. In addition to the abovementioned budget, options are available for a total amount (5% for change of routes and 20% for four months extension) EUR 64 717, 81 without VAT. A. or 80 250, 08 EUR including VAT.

Economic operators whoinvolved in the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject-matter of the services to be provided, namely specific passenger road passenger transport services. one of the business or commercial registers, or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA), or third parties countries which have acceded to the SBS. or in third countries which do not fall under the previous case and have bilateral or multilateral agreements(a) natural persons - drivers / sole proprietorships must hold a special card (for example, in the case of a public-private partnership) (B) the legal persons to be registered(a) or (b) above, employ other drivers, they should also be holders of that special card.

The economic operators established abroad are required to have equivalent permits of the country of establishment.
