Land transport of persons and luggage in Slovakia and abroad

The subject of the contract is land transport of persons and baggage transport in Slovakia and abroad for the Slovak ice hockey game

Main Site: The place of provision of the service is the place of the public procurement and destination designated according to the requirements of the contracting authority within the scope of Europytransport of persons and transport of luggage in Slovak Republic and abroad for the Slovak Ice Hockey Association (hereinafter referred to as SZHH) to the following extent:

Transport of passengers traveling on behalf of SZĽH (representatives of hockey players, members of the implementation timetable and other nominated persons sent by SZLH to events, events, seminars, meetings, etc., in connection with ice hockey, hosted by referees, trainers, instructors, observers, delegates, etc. (hereinafter referred to as SZHH persons) and their material equipment to the place of destination in a timely manner.

The Provider shall provide for the carriage of passengers SZLH (except for the Slovak Republic and in other European Lands as well as Austria, Switzerland, Germany, France, Poland, Hungary, Belarus, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Lor transfers of persons in the Czech Republic and abroad by bus or minibus depending on the number of persons transported, if necessary in case of need with the use of the.

The closer specification is given in1.1 The Applicant must comply with the terms and conditions stated in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2 of the Act on Public Procurement by submitting original documents or their certified certified copies, which are required by the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 4 or 5 of the Public Procurement Act under the conditions set out in these paragraphsene, resp. pursuant to - 152 of the Public Procurement Act:

- Section 32, par. 1 letter. (a) neither he, nor its statutory organ, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory organ nor a prosecutor, have been finally convicted of a criminal offense of corruption, a criminal offense to the detriment of the financial interests of the European Communities, a criminal offense of acquittal, and supportthe criminal act of terrorism and certain forms of terrorism, the criminal offense of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense which is based on the conduct of a business or a criminal act of the machinery of public procurement and public auction, the criminal act of founding, confiscating or supporting a terrorist group,

- - 32 par. 1 letter. (d) his assets have not been declared bankrupt, not restructured, not in liquidation, nor-there was no bankruptcy proceedings against it for lack of assets or canceled bankruptcy for lack of property

- - 32 par. 1 letter. e) is entitled to supply the goods, perform construction works or provide service

- - 32 par. 1 letter. f) not imposed by the prohibition in part in the public procurement, confirmed by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, place of business or usuallystay

- - 32 par. 1 letter. g) has not committed a sanction in the 3 years preceding the declaration or demonstrable opening of the public procurement of a serious violation of the environmental, social and labor law obligation under special regulations, 47) for which a sanction has been legally imposed upon him to prove to the contracting authority and the procuring entity
