Public procurement includes transport activities on school days during the school year 2018-2019.the fulfillment of a public procurement is carried out on the following prognostic routes:

Transportation of students from GG " Vladimir Zaimov "- Sopot:

Participants must hold a valid license for carrying passengers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or a licensecarrying out international passenger transport - a Community license in accordance with the Road Transport Act and Ordinance No 33 of 3 November 1999 on the Public Transport of Passengers and Goods on the Territory of the Republic of Bulgaria

When submitting the tender, pursuant to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPL, the participant declares the compliance with the selected selection criterion by completing Section A: "Fitness" in Part IV: "Kselection criteria "of the Single European Public Procurement Documents (EDEDOP) The Participant shall indicate in the activated field" Issued by: "and the following license details - number, date of issue, period of validity, authority or service issuing the document, as well as data on the PPPs included in the license

Before concluding a public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall request from the participant designated as a contractor, -to submit the following documents: a certified copy of a valid license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, accompanied by a certified copy of the certificates of the vehicle for public transport of passengers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or a certified copy of a license for the international carriage of passengers - Community license (for persons regon the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria), accompanied by certified copies of the international passenger transport license (according to the number of vehicles with which it participates), if they are not available through direct and free access to the respective national base - If the participant is a non-resident, he / she may present a valid equivalent document or declarelicense or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area proving the entry of the Participant in a relevant register of that State.

The Contracting Authority shall not impose requirements on the economic and financial situation of Participants
