Lom-Rasovo-Asparuhovo-St. mAmala-Lom ", a total of 80 km per day.

The participants have to provide a 52-seat bus without the driver's seat, which will carry the students on the route" Lom-Rasovo-Asparuhovo-St. Mahala-Lom " km per day. For the respective lot, the participant should also provide a spare bus that fully meets the requirements of the assignor for the route concerned.all the lots!

A / The participant must have a valid license to carry passengers required by the Road Traffic Law

For proof: when submitting the tender, the participant declares compliance with the required requirement by filling in Part IV: " Selection Criteria, Section A: "Fitness", item 2 of the EEDOP.

Under the terms of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA the contracting authority mayrequest documents proving the information declared in EEDOP - a copy of a valid license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, accompanied by a copy of the certificates of the vehicle for public transport of passengers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Bulgaria or a copy of a Community license accompanied by certified copies of the license to conduct a foreign operation■ The requirements apply to all lots!

To prove: When submitting the tender, the participant declares compliance with the required requirement by filling in Part IV: "Selection criteria "Section A:" Economic and Financial Condition ", item 5 of the EEDOP

Under the terms of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may-to require documents proving the information declared in EEDOP - a copy of Motor Third Party Liability Insurance Policy for Motorists and Accident of Passengers in Public Transport Vehicles, accompanied by a declaration signed by the representative of the Participant with the obligation to take out such insurance throughout the term of the contract. Requirements for personal status of-the participants - from participation in the procedure shall be removed a participant for which there is any of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1-p. 7 of the Public Procurement Act. The participant should not have a specific. grounds for exclusion specified in the Guidelines for the preparation of tenders - part of the procurement documentation, namely the participants in this tender and the persons controlled by themand are not registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax treatment under Art. 3 of ZIFDFRIPRTLCTDS.
