The subject of the contract is the supply of new machinery of the collection yard in Trhovište II., consisting offrom Part 2:

The applicant must meet the conditions of participation specified in -32 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. Their fulfillment proves according to - 32 par. 2 of the GP Act by submitting original documents or their certified copies. The relevant conditions of participation are determined exhaustively pursuant to -32 of the Act. pUBLIC(a) he, his or her statutory body, a member of the statutory body, or a member of the supervisory body, or the prosecutor have been convicted of a crime of corruption, a crime of detriment financial interests of the European Communities, offense of money laundering, offensethe establishment, prosecution and support of a criminal group, the offense of establishing, conceiving or supporting a terrorist group, the offense of terrorism and some forms of participation in terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, the offense related to business, and b) it has no arrears of health insurance premiumse insurance, social insurance and contributions to old-age retirement savings in the Slovak Republic or in the state of residence, business or usual residence; bankruptcy is declared, is not in restructuring, is not in liquidation, nor has bankruptcy proceedings(e) is entitled to deliver goods, carry out construction work or to provide a service; (g) has not committed itself, within the previous 3 years after the announcement or demonstrably commencedviolation of the obligation to protect the environment, social law or labor law pursuant to special regulations, for which he / she has been lawfully sanctioned, which can be proved by the contracting authority, h) did not commit in the previous three years obligations, which proves publicly

1.2. The tenderer shall demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation by the following documents:

a) pism. (a) substantiated by an extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months;. (b) documented confirmation by a health insurance company and a Social Insurance Agency not older than 3 months; (c) documented by a certificate from the local tax authority not older than three months;. (d) documented confirmationm of the relevant barrel not older than 3 months, e) pism. (e) documented evidence of entitlement to supply the goods, to carry out the works or to provide a service corresponding to the subject of the contract; f) by a documented affidavit

The group of suppliers proves the fulfillment of the conditions of participation according to -32 of the Act for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to -32 par. 1 pism. e) the law prshows the member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the contract to secure me. entities under - 152 of the Act is not obliged to submit documents in the public procurement process to prove fulfillment of the conditions of participation related to personal status pursuant to -32, paragraph 2 of the Act.(JED). For the purpose of the Act, the JED is a document by which the economic operator can provisionally replace the documents for fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authority. Documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation replaced by JED shall be submitted to the contracting authority by the tenderer pursuant to -39 of the Act.The tenderer shall submit the document (s)

According to - 33 para. 1 pism. - The tenderer may use the financial resources of another person to prove his / her financial and economic status, irrespective of their legal relationship. In such a case, the tenderer must prove to the contracting authority that it is performingthe contract will actually use the resources of the person whose position he / she uses to prove his / her financial and economic status. According to the second sentence, the applicant proves the fact by a written contract concluded with the person whose resources it intends to prove its financial and economic position. The written contract must give rise to an obligation on the part of the person to provide performance for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. 2.The competition is carried out electronically via the EVO portal at https://www.uvo.gov.sk/ and until the identification of a potential successful candidate or candidates, all documents and documents are submitted exclusively in electronic form via the EVO system. 4. If the user is not logged into the IS UVO before the submission of the relevant bid, it is necessary to log in. In order to submit a bid, it is necessary that the logged-in user is already registered for the economic operator for which he wishes to apply.. The purchase price will be payable within 60 days from the date of issue of the invoice. The purchase contract (for each lot) shall enter into force:

a) on the day following its publication in accordance with the provisions of Art. - 47a of the Commercial Officer; and (b) upon delivery of the report from inspection after complete administrative approval of the procurement process, from whicht fulfillment arose. Both of these conditions must be met cumulatively.

7.The contracting authority declares that it limits the information required as conditions of participation (concerning Part IV: Conditions of Participation Sections A to D of the Single European Document) to 1 question, with a yes or no answer (Alpha: Global data for all conditions of participation), t. j. whether economic operators meet all the required conditions
