Furni: "Mobile environment laboratory equipped with air quality monitoring equipment", consisting of: mobile system - laboratory enclosure, electrical system, ozone analyzer (O3), Betex analyzer / chromatograph (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene and other volatile organic compounds) for ambient air, odoriferous analyzer (for analysis of sulfur products), PM10 dust extractor / analyzer, PM2, 5 from immissions; sampling accessories, air sample calibration; GPS with electronic compass; weather station; laptop viewing data with Office and Windows licenses

The economic operator will ensure the transport of the product with all the necessary accessories for each at the beneficiary's premises and will provide the related installation, commissioning, technological testing, training /(1) Bidders, third parties and subcontractors shall not be present in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016 and art. 58 63 of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

Declaration on non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 sewill load with the DUAE. The means by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the economic operators participating in the award procedure will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, by the tenderer• The following documents may be:

1) Finding certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget etc.) at the moment of the presentation; 2) The judicial record of the economic operator and the members of the organmanagement or supervision of the economic operator or those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) as the case may be, the documents which demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in Art. 166 par. (2), art. 167par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016; 4) Other editorial documents, as the case may be.

If in the country of origin or the country in which the tenderer / third party / subcontractor is established no documents of the kind mentioned above or the respective documents do not cover all the situations provided in art. 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority has the obligation to accept a declarationon its own responsibility or, if there are no legal provisions in respect of the declaration on its own responsibility, a genuine declaration made before a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association with competence to do so; ) The observance of the rules for avoiding the conflict of interest, according to the provisions of art. 59 62of Law 98/2016.
