The contracting authority requires the supplier to offer in the Procrequired the fulfillment of the basic capability under - 74 of the Act. The Contractor proves that he fulfills the conditions of basic eligibility in relation to the Czech Republic pursuant to Section 75 of the Act by submitting: a) the extract from the Criminal Records Register in relation to Section 74, Par. a) the law, b) the confirmation of the relevant financial institution in relation to - 74, par. b) the law, c) the written declaration of honor in relation to the sporequired in relation to Section 74 (1) of the Code. b) the law; d) the written declaration in respect of Article 74 (1) of the Act. c) the law, e) confirmation of the relevant district social security administration in relation to - 74, par. (d) the law, (f) the extract from the Commercial Register or the filing of a written declaration of honor. - In the case that it is not registered in the Commercial Register in relation to Section 74 (1) e) zakothe Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to prove the fulfillment of his professional capacity in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing or other similarly to the filing, if another legal regulation requires such registration.

The Contracting Authority requests the provision of a security pursuant to Section 41 of the Law in the Sole CZK 70, 000 (in words: seventy thousand Czech crowns).in the form of a cash deposit to the account of the Contracting Authority, maintained by the Czech National Bank under the number 6015-8908881 / 0710, the variable symbol of the ICO of the Entrepreneur of the Entry Management or a bank guarantee in favor of the Contracting Authority pursuant to Section 2029 of the Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. by enclosing the electronic original guarantee the document to the offer of the entrant or by guaranteeing the guaranteetions. The security provided in the form of a cash deposit must be credited to the contracting entity's account by the end of the time limit for bidding at the latest.
