Purchasing innovative technology for implant manufacture
The subject of the purchase is to buy innovative technology for implant production to increase Biomedical Engineering's competitiveness, p. r. o., tohome and foreign markets. The subject of the order is divided into 3 parts:
Main Site: 982 01 Tornaľa, ul. Cats with sup. The software must allow the design and creation of comparison structures that can be combined with fixed parts of pre-designed bodies of the final product in the form of a CAD model. Software does not have to allow the creation and design of a model body itself, or its conversion into a different format, andthey must ensure its transformation into a similar form with all the details of the structure so that the model is fully functional. Also, the software must be able to export data in the .stl format as well as import data in the .stl format.
The fully functional model is when the external boundaries of the transformed model are clearly identifiable and definable according to the external boundaries of the body input model and the transform parametersthe model is defined in such detail that it is possible to determine, respectively. specify distribution and size comparisons as well as volume, form, geometry, cropping and offsetting (additional volume change) of lamellas, respectively. transformed final model. The software must be capable of generating both regular and irregular topologies. The transformed model must be verifiable(by overlay function) by comparing the input model and the transformed model, verifying the distribution in both the concrete and graph form. The transformed model must be verifiable by the export protocol for the transformation carried out, including its parameters.
1.1 The Applicant must meet the conditions of the part mentioned in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on amendment(1) of the Act on the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as "Public Procurement Act"), which may be fulfilled by one of the following:
1.1.1 by submitting the documents pursuant to Article 32 (2), Section 4, Section 5 of the Public Procurement Act procurement, or
1.1.2 pursuant to - 152 of the Public Procurement Act, entered in the list of economic entities, or
1.1.3 pursuant to Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act(JED)
1.2 The entry in the list of economic operators is effective against any public contracting authority and the data specified therein need not be verified in the public procurement procedures. The public procurer, when assessing the fulfillment of the conditions of his / her personal status, verifies that he / she is writing itspodar entity in the list of economic subjects, if the applicant has not submitted the documents according to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or registration certificate pursuant to Section 152 3 of the Public Procurement Act
1.3 The entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out pursuant to the Act on public procurement effective until 17 April 2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.) Is entered in the list of economic entities within the scope of
1.4 A group of contractors proves that the conditions for participation in the public procurement for the personal status of each member of the group separately are fulfilled
