5) According to the provisions of art. 193 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will accept the preliminary proof as part of the DUAE (Single European Procurement Document) bids instead of the documents required to demonstrate the qualification requirements, including exercise capacity. Prior to the award of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will ask the bidders placed on the first three places to submit the documentsthe DUAE will be submitted, as the case may be, also by the third party supporter / subcontractors; 6) Fiscal Attestation Certificate issued by the Financial Administration - according to the information contained in the DUAE. operators will submit these certificates during the assessment as documentary evidencewhich demonstrate the fulfillment of the qualification criteria in accordance with the information contained in the DUAE, and they must certify the lack of overdue debts at the time of their filing,
7) Fiscal attestation certificate. legal persons on local taxes and fees and other local budget revenues issued by the City Hall - Operators will submit these certificatesduring the assessment, as up-to-date supporting documents demonstrating that the qualification criteria are met in accordance with the information contained in the DUAE, and they must attest the absence of overdue debts at the time of their submission.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, by the tenderers ranked on the first three places in the intermediate rankings completed at the evaluation of the tenders. the requirements on the grounds for exclusion, the documents may be:

The replies to the DUAE of the economic operators participating in the procedure will be filled in SEAP directly after authentication by each Participant.

Economic operators will still be able to sign DUAE electronically by exporting / importing the document created with the .xml extension or by printing it, directly from the application
