Reference Number: 4/2019 The subject of the contract is the procurement, on behalf of the contracting authority, in the form of the lease, on behalf of the successful tenderer, of sound and lightas well as all kinds of accompanying equipment for the performance of the artistic events of the 2019 Athens Festival - Epidaurus and the September - October concessions of the same year, organized by the contracting authority. In addition, the contractor will be provided with the adjudication of the relevant tenderThe main object of the contract is the procurement, on behalf of the contracting authority, of the services provided by the contractor, the installation and installation of such systems, at the premises of the above mentioned artistic events and concessions. in the form of the lease on behalf of the lowest bidder, sound systems, as well as any accompanyingof these equipment systems for the performance of the artistic events of the Athens 2019 Epidaurus Festival and of the September - October concessions of the same year, organized by the contracting authority. In addition, from the contractor's point of view, the attendant-accompanying, the relevant tender commissions will be provided by the placement and complete installation of thesein the case of associations of economic operators, their members, who are established in: a) a State - a member of the Board of Directors, member state of the European Union

The competition will be conducted using the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (EISDIS) through the portal www.promitheus.gov.gr of the system.

Tenders are submitted by the economic operators electronically, via the portal www.promitheus.gov.gr to ESDHIS, by the closing date and time specified in this declaration, in Greek, to electronic envelope. Candidate contractors prepare their offer, completing the corresponding electronic form of ESDI., which then produces a relevant electronic file, signed electronically and submitted by the successful tenderers.
