A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the attached design documentation and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works. The quantities of the robot that the Employer has attached to the SIWZ are not part of the project documentation. The sizes are approximate and auxiliary. finishesthe participant is obliged to make his own arrangements as to the actual scope of the robot required to achieve the result and make any additions or changes. The detailed scope of implementation of the subject of the order together with the specification of minimum requirements is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR.

1. The Contracting Party informs that pursuant to art. 24 aa of the Act may first evaluate the offers, and then examine whether the contractor whose tender was rated as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
