Supply, installation and commissioning of 815 solar installations, 2438 micro-solar installations, 295 installations with an air-source heat pump for hot water or central heating and 133 installations with a boiler for biomass for pellets destined for households and 122 micro-installationsphotovoltaic cells for public utility buildings under the program named "Partnership project for the construction of renewable energy sources for the municipalities of the Małopolska voivodship" on private and public real estates, divided into four parts

Main Site: Area 41 communes of the province of Małopolska.

PART I - delivery and assembly with commissioning of 815 instsolar installations, as well as delivery and assembly with the commissioning of 2438 solar-photovoltaic installations on private properties of the residents of the partner municipalities divided into two tasks:

Under task A: delivery and assembly with the commissioning of 815 solar installations on private properties of residents of partner municipalities: installation solar energy on private buildings or on lande belonging to the residents of the partner communes by supplying the elements of the installation and conducting on-site assembly of solar installations together with commissioning and instruction. Three types of solar installations are planned, depending on their capacity and volume of storage heaters (sets), in quantities: - Set I: 2 flat solar collectors, supplying a capacitive heater with a coveredmin. 240 dm3 in an amount of 206 pcs.

Set II: 3 flat solar collectors, feeding a storage heater with a volume of min. 280 dm3 in the amount of 549 pcs.

Set III: 4 flat solar collectors, supplying a capacitive heater with a volume of min. 371 dm3 in the amount of 60 pcs.

Within task B: delivery and assembly with commissioning of 2438 solar micro installations on privet real estateAt the same time, 2438 solar-photovoltaic installations are carried out on private buildings or on land belonging to the residents of partner communes, consisting of delivery of installation elements and on-site assembly of the installation together with accompanying infrastructure and connection to the internal power installation together with commissioning and user instruction. Micro-insphotovoltaic production must consist of at least the following elements: photovoltaic panels mounted on a supporting structure, DC / AC inverter with the function of measuring produced electricity, direct and alternating current installations, measurement and settlement system at the place of delivery / receipt of electricity. The following types of photovoltaic micro-installations are predicteddepending on their power, in the amount of sets of photovoltaic panels with a total capacity of:

8.3.7. the Contractor's statement that he has not been the subject of a final court judgment or final administrative decision on defaulting on the payment of taxes, social security or health insurance premiums or, in the case ofia of such a judgment or decision of documents confirming the payment of these receivables together with any interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement regarding the repayment of such receivables (according to the specimen specified in Annex No. 5 to the IDW SIWZ). The document should be submitted in the original in the form of an electronic document bearing a qualified electronic signature of the eleka tronic or electronic copy certified for compliance with the original;

8.3.8. declaration of the Contractor about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for a public order (according to the formula set out in Annex 5 to the IDW SIWZ). 8.3.9. Contractor's statement on not paying taxes and local fees, referred to in the Act of January 12, 1991 on taxes and local fees (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1445) (according to the formula specified in Annex No. 5 to IDW Terms of Reference). 8.3.10. 10. Requirements for bid bond

10.1. The Contractor joining the tender is obliged, prior to the deadline for submitting offers, to lodge a deposit for the entire period of binding with the offer, in the amount of: - 10.1.1. PLN 1, 400, 000.00 (in words: one million four hundred thousand zlotys) inif you apply for an order for part I;

10.1.2. PLN 140, 000.00 (in words: one hundred and forty thousand zlotys) in the event of seeking an order for part II;

10.1.3. PLN 43, 000.00 (in words: forty-three thousand zlotys) in the case of applying for a request within the scope of Part III;

10.1.4. PLN 170, 000.00 (in words: one hundred and seventy thousand zlotys) in the case of pI am seeking an order for part IV.

10.2. The bid bond must be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders in one or several of the following forms, depending on the Contractor's choice:

10.3. 6. The grounds for excluding the Contractor from the proceedings, including the grounds referred to in art. 24 sec. 5 Public Procurement Laws

6.1. The Ordering Party will exclude the Contractor from the proceedings if certain conditions are metin art 24 sec. 1 point 12 23 Public Procurement Laws - 6.2. In addition, the Awarding Entity will exclude Contractors from the procedure pursuant to art. 24 section 5 point 1) and 8) of the Public Procurement Law, ie the Contractor:

6.2.1. in relation to which the liquidation was opened, in the court-approved system in the restructuring proceedings, the creditors' satisfaction is foreseen by the liquidation of its assets or the court ordered the liquidation of its assetsu in the mode of art. 332 par. 1 of the Act of 15 May 2015 - Restructuring Law (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1574, 1579, 1948 and 2260) or whose bankruptcy was announced, except for the contractor who, after the bankruptcy, concluded an arrangement approved by a valid court order if the arrangement does not provide for the satisfaction of the creditors by liquidating the assets of the bankrupt, unless the court ordered liquidation of themproperty in accordance with art. 366 para. 1 of the Act of February 28, 2003 - Bankruptcy Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2344, as amended),

6.2.2. which has violated obligations relating to payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, which the contracting authority is able to demonstrate by means of appropriate evidence, except in the case referred to in paragraph 1 point 15, unless it performshe paid taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions, including interest or fines, or entered into a binding agreement regarding the repayment of such claims.

6.3. Exclusion of the contractor takes place in accordance with art. 24 sec. 7 of the Public Procurement Law

6.4. Contractor who is subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 items 13 and 14, art. 24 sec. 1 points 16-20 or art. 24 sec. 5point 1) and 8) of the Public Procurement Law, may provide evidence that the measures taken by it are sufficient to demonstrate its fairness, in particular to prove compensation for damage caused by an offense or fiscal offense, financial compensation for damage suffered or compensation, exhaustive explanation of the state actual and cooperation with law enforcement agencies and taking upspecific technical, organizational and personnel resources that are appropriate to prevent further offenses or fiscal offenses or improper conduct of the contractor. The first sentence shall not apply if the contractor, being a collective entity, has been the subject of a final court ruling against applying for the order and the time specified in that judgment has not expired.duration of this prohibition.

6.5. The Contractor is not subject to exclusion, if the Awarding Entity, considering the weight and special circumstances of the Contractor's act, deems sufficient evidence presented on the basis of point 6.4. Terms of Reference.

6.6. In cases referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 19 of the Public Procurement Law before exclusion of the contractor, the contracting authority provides the contractor with the opportunity to prove that its participationin the preparation of the procurement procedure will not distort competition. The ordering party indicates in the protocol how to ensure competition.

6.7. The Contracting Authority may exclude the Contractor at any stage of the procurement procedure.
