Technical support of Oracle BI license (NUP) II

The subject of the contract is the renewal of SW / TP for the period until 31 December 2022, for licenses owned by the client. Fulfillment of the basic purpose of this public contract will be realized and achieved by purchasing technical support of database BI licenses - Business Intelligence Enterprise - Oracle platform, which are used in MIS / DWH.

The subject of the contract is the renewal of SW / TP for the period until 31.12.2022, for licenses owned by the client. Fulfillment of the basic purpose of this public contract will be realized and achieved by purchasing technical support of database BI licenses - Business Intelligence Enterprise - Oracle platform, which are used in MIS / DWH.based on this Public Procurement contracting authority required technical support. Technical support will be provided from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 and will include at least: keeping pace with developing hardware and operating versionssystem,

- ensure availability of service packs, patches, hotfixes and security fixes issued by the software manufacturer,

- ensure availability of documentation for new software versions, assistance in solving problems and inquiries

The fulfillment of professional competence will be proven by the supplier who submits to the contracting authority an extract from the Commercial Register or other evidence, if the supplier is registered in it, inin accordance with Section 77 (1) of the Act
