Oracle Products - Licensing and Support Support

The purpose of this public procurement is to purchase new Oracle licenses and migrate existing Oracle licenses, including ensuring their support, and to further (prolong) support for existing Oracle licensees. Site: Czech Republic

Support includes especially upgrades, updates, downloads of security-to pay from the manufacturer's portal, the possibility of solving problems arising during the operation either directly through the producer's portal or through the service provider.

Basic eligibility according to - 74 of the ZZVZ, proved in accordance with - 75 paragraph 1 of ZZVZ. Professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the APIA, proving by submitting a commercial register or other analogous document.
