For the eventual subcontractor, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if it is in receivership, a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in article 45 of the goldgrant n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets. Applicants may use:

Concerning the applications:

- for the last 3 years, the annual turnover (turnover) global doit should be greater than 4 000 000 EUR HT. Failure to comply with this criterion is eliminatory,

- the DSNA will estimate a minimum total turnover of 600 000 EUR HT in the field of AIM over the last 3 years. Failure to comply with this criterion is not eliminatory.

Information concerning offers: the CAP indicates the sub-criteria for judging the offers. Any offer whose note beforeweighting on the criterion of the technical value will be less than 50/100 will be considered inappropriate and automatically eliminated in accordance with Article 59 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public markets. The negotiation can take place in several stages. DTI reserves the right to terminate in the different phases applicants whose offer does not meetthe entire judgment criteria. Pursuant to Article 74 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets, the contracting entity may award the framework agreement on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation. This consultation includes an environmental clause (exchanged dematerialises) and a social clause (see CAP).
