Framework agreement for Support, Operational Surveillance, Maintenance and Further Development of the ArcGIS Online System

Offeringthe agreement on the support, operation, monitoring, maintenance and further development of the Environment and Defense Ministry's ArcGIS installation.

The Ministry of Environment and Defense today has an ArcGIS online installation, which has been used for a number of pilot projects, managed by the Environmental Agency, as in Today, the system manages. ArcGIS online has now been chosen as the platform forwardintended to be used for eg APP's and for viewing and collecting data in the field. This framework agreement is offered because the Environmental Agency wishes to have a professional supplier to provide support, maintenance, operational monitoring, proactive guidance and, in particular, further development of bath platforms and solutions on this platform, in cooperation with the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
