The main objective of the project is to create a new framework for restricting the use of land, which develops a geoinformation issue that meets the needs of contemporary users, enabling the maximum automation of the restriction of spatial information to the automobile, the quality of the quali fi cation, the quality of the constraints, the quality of the constraints.
