1. The subject of the contract is the provision of system monitoring services by the Contractor to the Employer and the Ministry of Justicefor a period of 36 months with a guarantee of producer support during this period, as well as:

The object of the contract is:

1.1. system monitoring service using an APM (application performance monitoring) system over a 36-month period. The service provided should cover the monitoring of servers listed in Annex 1 to OPZ, assuming that the maximumThe monitored memory size is at 1: 640 GB and 365 processors simultaneously, at 2: 336 GB and 52 processors and to monitor user activity at least at 1: 40, 000, 000, at 2: 11, 000, 000 real sessions system users during the service. Service of flexible (transferable between servers) moni hourspaving systems in quantities - for locations 1: 27, 000, for locations 2: 9, 000) hours. The service of receiving and analyzing non-standard data in the number of 1, 000 units (e.g. files) in location 1. The service must provide monitoring of application behavior and performance as well as monitoring of end-user experience along with full diagnostics of work station operation in terms of operatingmonitored applications and services;

1.2. installation of the monitoring service on the Employer`s infrastructure including two processing centers indicated by the Employer. Each of the centers is additionally divided into 2 installations in HA mode. The first of them is located in the city of Wrocław (Court of Appeal in Wrocław, location 2), the second is in Warsaw (Ministry of Justice, location 1)

1.3. configuration of the monitoring service by monitoring the servers included in Annex 1 to OPZ. Separation of services and applications operating in the systems covered by monitoring. Configuration of service monitoring in order to present and monitor users` sessions in connection with their login in the systems indicated by the Employer. Maximum allowed end datefiguration of the APM monitoring service is ..... days from the date of the contract;

1.4. conducting two one-day trainings for administrators on the operation and use of the implemented APM class system service within 30 days from the day of signing the appropriate (for a given location) protocol for receiving the configuration of the APM class system;

1.5. all services and provided softwarethey should not be covered by the Contractor`s 12-month warranty and the manufacturer`s support should be provided for a period of 36 months;

1.6. rendering technical support services in Polish in the amount of 1, 000 hours over a period of 36 months from the date of signing without reservation by the Employer of the last acceptance report for an APM system installation.

1. Contractor submitting ofthe bid in these proceedings is required to pay a deposit of PLN 35, 000.00 (say: zloty: thirty-five thousand zlotys).

2. The security on due performance of the contract is 5% of the gross value of the contract.
