Delivery, installation and configuration of software products for management of software projects, documentation and training for work with them

Activities included:

1. Delivery, installationsand configuring a software product - Jira Software Development Management Tool or equivalent for 50 users - 1 item.

2. Delivery, installation and configuration of a software product - Confluence software development documentation management or equivalent for 50 users - 1 item.

3. Conducting training on the use of the aforementioned sofTouring Products - 4 courses, 2 days each (8 lessons per day)

1. The assignor shall remove from participation in the procedure a participant for whom any of the grounds and / or circumstance under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3, 4, 5 and Art. 107 of the PPA, in the presence of connectivity within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the PD of the PPA between participants in a procedurein the presence of a circumstance under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, in the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture of Illegal Acquisition Act. The contracting authority will remove from participation in parathe procedure of the tenderer, when in its tender offer it has stated a total value excluding VAT for the execution of the order, which exceeds the total estimated value, or has made an arithmetic error in the tender offer, as well as a tenderer who does not extend or confirm the validity of his tender.

2. Where a party to the procedure is a non-legal entity, a copy of the document is requiredthe creation of the association, as well as the rights and obligations of the participants in the association; the distribution of responsibility among the members of the association; the activities that each member of the association will carry out; designation of a partner to represent the association in connection with this procurement.

3. The contracting authority shall provide an evaluation of the technical and price proposals ofthe participants must be carried out before the preliminary selection is conducted under the conditions of Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act

4. The contract performance guarantee is 5% (five percent) of its value excluding VAT. The contracting authority determines that 20% of the amount of the performance guarantee is intended to provide the guarantee maintenance. The conditions and time limits for detention and release ofthe performance guarantee is set out in the draft procurement contract
