Procurement item is the development of a new web application for a user-friendly and efficient managementRecognition of non-listed titles incl. care, support and further development. With the new web application to be procured the currently used application WVK (Securities directory control) should be replaced.

Partial offers are not permitted.

Negotiations: No offer negotiations are conducted.

Remediation of appeal: An appeal can be submitted within 10 days, of thePublication to be filed with the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich, PO Box, 8090 Zurich, written complaint. The notice of appeal must be submitted in duplicate. It must contain an application and its reason. The contested invitation to tender must be enclosed. The evidence must be specified and, as far as possible, settled.

Deadline / BemerThe offer must be closed and marked with the note "Offer documents: Fachapplikation WVK neu" (Please do not open!) The offer is in paper form (3 copies) as well as electronically (PDF and / or Word / Excel files) USB stick (1 copy) The risk of punctual delivery of the offer lies with the supplier.The date of the postmark is not decisive.For mailing, the conditions of carriage of the post office must be taken into account accordingly. The offer can also be made personally at the same address.
