With the new web application to be procured the currently used application WVK (Securities directory control) should be replaced.

Remediation of appeal: An appeal can be submitted within 10 days, of thePublication to be filed with the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich, PO Box, 8090 Zurich, written complaint. The notice of appeal must be submitted in duplicate. It must contain an application and its reason. The contested invitation to tender must be enclosed. The evidence must be specified and, as far as possible, settled.
