Planning and Scheduling

Delivering, implementing, maintaining and further developing 1 integrated application for Planning and Scheduling and the realization and maintenance of links with other systems, in accordance with the requirements of the Schedule of Requirements for the in paragraph 1.2.1 of the tender document to achieve the objective described.

The scope of the assignment includes the use of the system designed for the Client for approximately 13, 000 students and approximately 1, 500 employees of the Client or other persons who perform work for the Client. The aforementioned students include all registered students with the Client. The scope of the Agreement falls at the time of acceptanceto the following schools of the Client: ROC Tilburg, NCVB Bedrijfsopleidingen, Entrance College Tilburg, School for Education and Civic Integration, School for Vavo, Campus 013 and Schakelcollege Tilburg (collectively: "schools", or separately "school"). The actual number of funded students who are registered with the Client is determined annually at the reference point of 1October where DUO determines the number of students funded at that time.

The system will be implemented by Contractor at Client in 2 parts. Part 1 includes the implementation at all schools of ROC Tilburg, . Part 2 includes the implementation at the following schools: NCVB Business Training, School for VAVO, School for Education and Civic Integration, Entrancelecture Tilburg, Campus 013 and Schakelcollege Tilburg.
