Re-offering of Switching and contact center solution

Copenhagen municipality has canceled previously submitted tender of 25.1. 2019 which has tender notice no. 2019 / S 021-045915. This is the re-offeringIn 2014, Copenhagen Municipality's Transition and Contact Center solution was based on Telia CallGuide. The contract for this solution is due to expire, which is why the solution must be exposed to competition. "The switch-over and contact center solution is today being run in interaction with the municipality's central telephone platform and mobile phones. The solution must also be integrated with a number of general and customer-specific systemsis.

There are p. established Switching and contact center solutions in over 110 organizational units spread over approx. 50 locations. In the contact centers, up to 12, 000 calls are answered daily from citizens, companies, business partners and colleagues. Over 5, 000 named agents have been defined up to 500 in simultaneous use. The solution must include all software, equipment and parameter setupr is necessary to deliver a fully functional solution. The supplier must, during the implementation phase, establish integration with selected systems, provide education and implement the solution in stages to the municipality's administrations.
