Promoting the implementation of a software architecture solution in On Premise mode and its associated expertise for the Build

For to meet the different needs of modeling of the company, the solution must bring, with an integrated and homogeneousx of the following modelizations:

The subject of this notice is the provision of an On Premise Enterprise Architecture software offering with its associated expertise which aims to answer the following issues of the group:

Value the data with the resumption of the existing. Data becomes a true strategic asset of the company whose stake, beyond the optimization ofinternal processes, is to create new value-added services.

- to have a global vision to be able to exploit the wealth of the intangible heritage of the group,

- urbanize and govern the data. Develop a policy and put in place the actors and mechanisms ensuring availability, integrity, consistency, traceability, security, quality and sharing of datait is the mesh of the group,

- digitizing the documents / processes related to the modeling to valorize the data,

- mastering the complexity of the SI and develop the agility of the SI,

- to govern and rationalize the IS level of the group EDF with its components models of business, application solutions and IT technologies,

- give the means to understand the complexity of IS for better masteryst. Limit expenditures on studies (impact studies, architecture ...),

- simplify processes,

- urbanize exchanges, services, collaborative spaces. Strengthen the security of the heritage, - map the treatments and sensitive data.

Capitalize and develop the new uses:

- improve the reusability and reinforce the capacities of the actors,

- institute a gouproactively revolve around the repositories of business objects, functional, application, technical and technological,

- make incremental innovation a lever for developing new artifacts at the heart of the enterprise architecture,

- better share the referentials with all Stakeholders.

The Enterprise Architecture Solution Must Exceed the Modeling Framework forr become a strategic decision-making tool, shared with all the actors of the company, business, trades, operational and infrastructure.

The solution will allow the creation of the value through a better management of the programs, the guarantee of Alignment with business strategy and risk reduction.

Associated expertise delivery activity should enablemeet the following needs during the construction phase of the solution:

- definition and validation of the architectures of the mutualised platform,

- migration of the existing MEGA modeling to the new solution,

- support for the implementation of the technical administration of the modeling environments,

- support for the management of versioning,

- support and realization of migratitechnical,

- advance configuration of the solution for customization of metamodel, HMI, modeling rules, renditions (reports, HTML sites ...).

The candidate must provide a declaration on the honor date and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition to tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to-public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present. In case of absence of proof, the application may be rejected.

The economic and financial capacity of the candidates will be evaluated by the following criteria of aptitude:

- total number of staff, of which number is relative to theand of this notice (informative),

- what is your total turnover in M EUR in France, in Europe in the world for the years 2016/2017 (informative),

- what is your turnover in M EUR associated with the commercialization of your modeling solution and business architecture for the years 2016/2017 (informative),

- please provide the balance sheet and the income statement of yourre company on the years 2016/2017 to justify your financial sustainability (informative),

- what is your dependency rate (turnover achieved / global turnover) compared to your first customer in France, in Europe, in the world on the years 2016/2017 (informative),

- what is your total turnover in M EUR realized with EDF on the years 2016/2017 (informative),

- references of cliImportant information concerning the subject of this notice, as well as the turnover of sales in France and Europe where applicable, for the last 2 financial years (2016/2017) (informative), - do you justify of a 2016 turnover specific to this notice exceeding 4 000 000 EUR (eliminatory),

- The candidates or each member of grouping candidate will have to prove the respect of these minimum conditions in the file of request of participation answering this notice.
