ATP's offer of upgrade, etc. of software licenses based on Oracle software.

ATP Offers offerings for licensing, new licenses, and software support and maintenance of software licenses based on Oracle sofastware. ATP already has 100 Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 Named User Plus licenses with active software maintenance subscriptions. ATP wants to upgrade to Oracle database Enterprise Edition - Named User Plus Perpetual. There is also a request for additional 200 Named Users as well as various extensions of the license, for example, in the form of Oracle Partitioning. Finally, support and vmaintenance offer for existing and acquired licenses. - Tenderer must be able to provide documentation regarding the sale of Oracle licenses in 2017.

In relation to point II.1.6), it is noted that the background for not dividing the agreement into subcontracts is that it is estimated that better prices and lower transaction costs can be obtained by not splitting the agreement into multiple lots.
