Energy management information solution for monitoring and optimization of energy consumption and expenditure

The purpose of the framework agreement is to enable a contract relating to benefits for Resah and any organization that qualifies as a beneficiary. The solution covers the perimetermetropolitain (excluding Corsica). This framework agreement aims to set up a solution for monitoring and optimization of consumption and multi-fluid energy expenditure, exploitable in SAAS mode for the functional needs of GIP Resah and beneficiaries. The solution can therefore be used by Resah, GHTs, GHT establishments or not, and other groups ofinstitutions (foundation, association for example). The purpose of the Energy Management Information Management Solution (SIME) is to monitor, supervise, document manage and exploit all multi-fluid energy consumption data and associated costs; both for the Resah and the beneficiaries.
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to enable Resah tocontract for services to Resah and any other organization that qualifies as a Beneficiary and the definition of which is contained in this document. The solution covers the metropolitan perimeter (excluding Corsica). This framework agreement aims at the establishment of a multi-fluid, exploitable in SAAS mode for the functional needs of GIP Resah and beneficiaries. The solutioncan therefore be used by Resah, GHT, GHT institutions or not, and other groups of institutions (foundation, association for example). The purpose of the energy management information solution (SIME) is to monitor, supervise, document manage and exploit all the multi-fluid energy consumption data and related costs; sofor the Resah only for the beneficiaries. The technical details of the expected services are indicated in the particular technical clauses (CCTP).
