20508 Supervision Control and Data Acquisition and Distribution Management System

Rikiskaup, on behalf of RARIK and Id. 520269-2669 no. V20508, hereby invites tenders for RARIK Supervision Control and Data Acquisition and Distribution Management System (SCADA/DMS).
The SCADA part of the SCADA/DMS system control and monitor all parts of the electricity distribution network through both new and optionally also through existing RTUs in substations and distribution stations. It Shall also be possible to monitor and control the small power plants that are part of the RARIK system.
Key parts of the SCADA/DMS Shall be redundant.
Optionally approximately 54 new RTUs for large substations Shall be furnished by the Contractor. Communication with the existing RTUs is also an option.
The SCADA/DMS Shall automatically read all data regarding the distribution system from the Netbas database from Powel. The participating Tenderer shall demonstrate that the reading of data from Netbas to the SCADA/DMS Works satisfactorily.
