The subject of public procurement is the execution of the work involved in modifying the system for identity management and access of internal users of VZP CR in IS VZP CR (all but " system IdM ") The main activities will include:

The subject of public procurement is carried out, which will be used to modify the system for the administration of identities and accesses of internal users of VZP CR in IS VZP ČR (hereinafter all "system IdM"). The implementation will include, in particular, the following: - migration at the present time by the Oracle system IdM, ie upgrading existing versions to their current versions and customizing them, - adding and customizing the new Oracle module iden- Implementing the Self-Service Access and Role Lifecycle Management functionality as a substitute for existing self-service applications; - Setting up the BI Publisher reporting tool; - Performing other related integration tasks; - Creating tools for data migration;

- Creation of appropriate user and administrator documentation,

- Surrender of resources-and the granting of licenses .. The subject of the grant is to provide the aid to the diligent.

The contractor shall, in accordance with - 73 of the APAA, require proof of the supplier's professional competence pursuant to - 77 (1) of the ZZVZ. relationship with the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing or other similarly to the register, if another law enters into such• Proofs of proof of professional competence must not be provided by the contractor unless the law of the country in his country of residence has the requisite professional qualifications; the contractor shall provide the supplier with the required document in his / her bid instead of submitting the required document.

The supplier is entitled to substitute the submission of the commercial listing or other similarly to the filing document by an affidavitpursuant to Section 86 (2) of the ZZVZ; the contractor can use the template that is Appendix No. 5 to the HDZD "Model of the Declaration of Honor for Proof of Basic and Professional Qualification."

In accordance with Section 45 (4) of the APIA, the Contractor may also demonstrate the fulfillment of professional competence by reference to the corresponding information contained in the information system (see paragraph 3.8 of these PCs), eg a commercial listing may be uploadedby referring to the specific Internet address of the "Public Registry and Collection of Documents" (https://or.justice.cz/ias/ui/rejstrik), where the information about the supplier is available, the extract from the list of qualified suppliers can be replaced by the link to the specific Internet address of the "List of Qualified Suppliers" in the information system on public bids (http://www.isvz.cz/ISVZ/SKD / Filter.aspx Type = 2) to which the listing is available.

The Contracting Authority does not require proof of the professional competence of the suppliers under - 77 (2) of the ZZVZ. the Contract was insured for the entire duration of the Contract for the occurrence of the Supplier's liability for damage. The said insured person must be negotiated for charterd the origin of the Supplier's liability for damage that may arise to the Contracting Authority or a third party in the performance of the Contractor's obligations under the Contract or in connection with such performance. The Insured must be negotiated primarily as a liability for damage to property, property and health, all with a premium of not less than CZK 10, 000, 000 (in words: ten million Czech crowns, only the "insured liability"In the event of the joint venture of the suppliers providing a joint offer within the meaning of Section 5 of the "or more of these persons jointly", the contracting authority requires the insured person to cover the damage suffered by any of the suppliers. of the submitted insurance document and the contracting authority will have the right to full insurance premiums paid up to the minimumCZK 10, 000, 000 (in words: ten million Czech crowns) in case of damage caused by any of the suppliers offering a joint offer. The Contracting Authority does not accept the possibility of choosing the above insurance contractors for the individual contractors.

Submitter on the basis of - 104 letter. a) ZZVZ requires from the selected supplier as a further condition for the conclusion of the Contract to submit a copy of the insurance contract, insurance policy or insurance premiumof the certificate relating to the above insurance (hereinafter referred to as the "insurance document") .The proof of the insurance is submitted by the contractor in electronic form in a simple copy, for example by scanning a written document, from which the document must clearly demonstrate the fulfillment of the contracting authority's request for the scope and minimum of the insured.

The parts of the supplier's offer must be honestly declared, from whichto conclude that in the event that a Contract is concluded between the Supplier and VZP CR, the Contractor shall be insured under the relevant provisions of the Contract. It must also be inferred from an affidavit that at the invitation of the contracting authority pursuant to Section 122 (3) of the APIA, the contractor submits to the contracting authority the required proof of the insurance. Honest declarations must be signed by the Contractor's Deputy. The vendor can use the Pattern Pattern PatternAsylum No. 9 of the HDZD - "Model of Honorable Claim for Liability Insurance".
