CPV Description: Development of the NRA core systems for provision of data and services to internal and external systems
The subject of the public procurement covers the following activities:
Main Site: Main place of performance: adm. buildings of the Head Office of the National Revenue Agency - Sofia, 52, Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd., and / or 23 Vrabcha Str., 2nd floorrn) and floor 4 (third overprior).
The subject of the order covers the following activities:
1. Analysis of information systems, including: - analysis of current. state of information. systems, serving the main business processes in the NRA,
- analysis of the current. state of e-services and their platform,
- availability analysis. data interfaces (including data scope, how to exchange information), -- analysis of information interfaces. NRA system as both internal and external. and external to the NRA system
2. Delivery, deployment and setup of the SOA architecture solution chosen in the NRA, including delivery, build, implementation. and done. of necessity. settings of the chosen solution for SOA architecture in the NRA in technology. and communication. environment of the assignor. Standard software to adapttyre, integrated and tuned to ensure it is needed. functionality related to building the SOA architecture at the NRA. Sl. to install, set up and perform it. action to implement. in a real environment of the decision about SOA architecture at the NRA in attendance. of the assignor. Development, testing, acceptance and implementation of a platform for electrical services of the NRA, observing and applying the principles of orientationir. to services architecture in NRA, including:
- development. on a new platform, including. functionality for requesting and administering the access to electrical services of the NRA by the obliged persons, the existing electrical services and the service interface, with functionality for providing and administering the access by NRA employees, as well as reference information regarding the used electrical services; functionality, allowmanagement of personal information by the client, two-way exchange of notifications and other information, - improvement of existing electrical services, the information and the interconnections with the NAP of the NRA, the process of visualization and completion of data by the obligated persons (eg intuitive and easier filling in of invoice declarations and documents, etc.),
- Integrof all developed electrical services (both the sophisticated and the others) in the new platform. Building of servers and interfaces for bi-directional data exchange with ext. and external information. for NRA, including: - construction. and implemented. of servers in a minimum of 15 priority areas for the NRA between information. the NRA system and its partners; integration of services with SOA architecture at NRA,
- buildand the implementation of interfaces between services and information. the NRA system and its partners; integration of the interfaces with NRA's platform and e-services and information. Collection of Computer Architecture at the National Revenue Agency, including: - inventory and modeling of IT architecture in NRA, inventory and modeling of changed business processes at NRA after the introduction of the new platform for the NRA services and electronicsis the service and built, integrated and integrated services and interfaces,

- trainer. for the methodology and description of IT architecture - 1 group of 10 people 5 days
The contractor will provide a guarantee at his own expense. maintenance for a period of at least 24 months after completion. on and(continued from section III.1.3):

4.6. Administrator of an application server - min. 1 expert, owner: certificate. Oracle Certified Associate, Oracle WebLogic Server 10g System Administrator or higher. version; min. 2 years experience in the field of installation, administration, horsefigure, maintenance and installation. of Oracle Service Bus applications, Oracle WebLogic Server, Appache, LoadBalanser
4.7. Adm. database - minimum 1 expert, own: certificate.
