Framework Agreement, Services and Products Related to Licences for IT Products

Reference Number : 2018/115611

The objective of the contract is to meet the Contracting Authority's need for procurement and maintenance of Microsoft products and associated LSP services. The Contracting Authority shall therefore enter into a contract with a Licensing Solution Partner (LSP).

The administration/management services shall as a minimum include the following:

— ordering licences via an electronic portal available for the Contracting Authority,

— Further invoicing on behalf of Microsoft and any other suppliers,

— counting/reporting the number of licences in accordance with Microsoft's requirements.,

— consultancy services related to Microsoft's licence terms and whether or not the contracting authority is compliant in accordance with these terms,

— consultancy with a view to negotiations for new licences or renegotiation of existing licence contracts in the Contracting Authority's best interests,

— attend meetings in the contracting authority's premises in accordance with the Contracting Authority's requirements.
