Framework Agreement on day care for adults with physical disabilities (four lots)

The Framework Agreement aims to determine the conditions for managing the care service in the day center to dependent adults (over eighteen and under sixty-five), with disabilities fisica

Day care centers for adults with physical disabilities not specialized in caring for people with specific profiles of the rest of the lots.

The bidding entities must have obtained administrative authorization for the center in which the places offered are located, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of Law 11/2002, of December 18, Organization of the Activity of Social Action and Quality Improvement Centers and Services in the Provision of Social Services in the Community of Madrid and in articles 2 and 4 of Order 613/1990, of November 6, the (then) Ministry of Social Integration, by which Decree 6/1990 of January 26 is developed, creator of the Registry of Entities that carry out activitiesdades in the field of social action and Social Services in the Community of Madrid.

For the purposes of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the care sector and type of center will be the following:

- sector: people with physical disabilities,

- type of places: dependent people.

The type of center and subtype, should be one of the following:

- type of center:day center or rehabilitation center,

- subtype: Be registered in one of the following:

a) recovery centers;

b) care centers;

c) day centers: others.

The certificate that certifies having obtained the aforementioned administrative authorization will be provided ex officio by the Community of Madrid.
