The main benefits to be realized by the holder are in particular:
- the realsocial assistance by a social worker on the premises of the HAS, - the social accompaniment of HAS agents: listen, inform, assess, analyze and search for solutions adapted to each one - technical support to the HAS in the field of occupational health - to contribute to the smooth running of social life in the institution.
One-off benefitsIt may also be carried out such as: - the accomplishment of other missions associated in particular with the collective action at the request of the HAS and / or proposal of the service provider (preparation for retirement, etc.).
