Mental health rehabilitation services

Jaervi-Pohjanmaan perusturva invites offers for mental health rehabilitation services according to the call for documents. The acquisition is divided into three (3) sub-assemblies as a form of service accommodation (subsidized housing at base stations, service housing, enhanced service housing). Detailed picture• Main Site: Supporting housing in support stations is mahorehacky and is based on a service provider's flat based on a single service and rehabilitation plan.

Supported housing means a service package that supports the customer's self-fulfillment and rehabilitation in maeaeraeaior in the customer's own home. ■ There may be a mutual support for the pooling of resources to residents. There is a single life guard when it comes to sleep. The customer gets a systematic, sealed, or weekly, or flat-rate support. The goal is to move to self-resident home, your own homein the early stages of rehabilitation, can provide meals for meals in the common dining area or in any other suitable place. Quality requirements for catered meals are presented in the service description attachment. The customer is paeaettaeae, I will try to find meals or prepare meals in my own apartment.
