Acquisition of shampoos and soaps

Acquisition of shampoos and soaps, according to the specifications of the specification.

Main Site: According to appendix no. 3 to the subsequent contract proposal and annex no. 4 to the specifications.

The purchase of confectionery products will be according to the specifications of the specification and Annex no. 1 to the proposal for a framework agreementubsecvente will be completed according to necessities and availability, monthly, quarterly or half-yearly.

The value of the largest subsequent contract is 214 898, 48 RON without VAT - Statement regarding non-compliance in the situations of art. 164 of Law 98/2016 (the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the resthe economic operator or those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act). Statement of Non-compliance in Art. 165 of Law 98/2016. Statement of Non-compliance in Art. 167 of Law 98/2016. Certificate of absence of debt with regard to the debtpayment of taxes, or contributions to the consolidated general budget (state budget and local budget) at the moment of presentation. Statement on own responsibility for non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59. The tenderer / Candidate / Associate Bidder / Subcontractor / Supportive Tertiary who is a member of the Board of Directors / Management or Supervisory Body and / or Supervisorthere are shareholders or associate persons who are spouse, relative or cow to the second degree or who are in commercial relations, as provided in art. 60, with persons holding decision-making positions within the contracting authority, is excluded from the award procedure. The DUAE will be filled in - the winning bidder will present the documents(including the documents attached to the undertaking, forwarded to them by third party / third party supporters, resulting in the actual manner in which their support will be materialized), the association agreement and the subcontracting agreement. The supporting documents proving the ones assumed in the commitments / acocontracts will be requested only by the bidder declared winner at the request of the contracting authority.

The bidders, the third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the procedure forwith their information about their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the 1st place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be:

- Certification certificates regarding the lack of debts(local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation, - as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement, - other documents build up(3) The obligation to complete and initiate the DUAE by tenderers / candidates (including associates / subcontractors / third-party supporters) will be considered as the first proof of non-compliance with exclusion and compliance requirements capacity. Failure to submit DUAE with the offer (including partner / third party support) prompts rejection as inactionptabila. Failure to submit, with the offer, the firm commitment of the third party, which results in the effective way in which its support or, where appropriate, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement will materialize, calls for clarification of any inadvertencies the form of the information contained in the DUAE sections of the tenderer / candidate, -as well as of the subcontractor / third supporter, this being necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure.
