Winter maintenance of roads, pavements, field stairs, parking lots in the Municipality of Żory in the 2019-2020 season.

- conducting and coordinating winter actions,

Main Site: Municipality of the City of Żory

- conducting and coordinating winter actions,

- providing roughing materials for roadside,

- winter maintenance (snow removal, plowing, removing slippery fromof sandstone by covering with sand, salt, roads, pavements, parking lots, manual removal of snow and winter slipperyness from the field stairs) in the Municipality of Żory in the 2019/2020 season,

- removing snow,

repair work after the winter operation.

The Purchaser does not describe any requirements which the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in a special way.

The Employer does not describe any requirementswhich the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in a special way.

1. With progress. for an order The Awarding Entity will exclude Wyk. In relation to which any of the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 points 12-23 of the Public Procurement Law and art. 24 paragraph 5 points 1-8 of the Public Procurement Law

2. The Ordering Party will call the Execution whose bid has been highest rated to be submitted in a designated, not shorter than 10 daysni, date of act. on the day of submitting the statement or doc. Confirm. about, referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 point 3 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e.:

1) information from the KRK in the scope of approx. in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law and, regarding conviction for an offense against imprisonment, in the provisions of round. via order based on Art. 24 paragraph 5 points 5 and 6uPzp, issued not earlier than 6 months before the end of term. tender composition;

2) proper chiefthe tax office confirms that the certificate is not in arrears with tax payments issued no earlier than 3 months before expiry term. tender or other doc. confirmed that the Wyk has entered into an agreement with the competent tax authority regarding the repayment of these receivables together with any interest or fines, in particular, he obtained the exemption, deferral or installment of overdue payments in installmentsdue payment or withholding in full of the decision of the competent authority;

3) competent field unit. ZUS or KRUS or another document. Confirmation that Wyk. is not in arrears with payment of insurance premiums social or health, issued not earlier than 3 months before exp. term. tender or other doc. Confirmation that Wyk. has entered into an agreement with the competent authority regarding the repayment of these debts together withpossible interest or fines, in particular, he obtained the exemption provided for by law, deferment or spreading in installments of overdue payments or withholding in full the execution of the decision of the competent authority;

4) an excerpt from the relevant register or from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, if separate provisions require entry to the register or records to confirm bcancellation grounds for exclusion under art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law (if the Contractor fails to submit the above document, it will be downloaded by the Employer using free and publicly available databases, if any);

5) the Contractor`s statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or final administrative decision regarding arrears with the payment of taxes, fees or contributionssocial or health security, or in the event of the issuance of such a judgment or a decision of documents confirming the payment of these receivables together with any interest or fines or the conclusion of a binding agreement on the repayment of these receivables;

6) the Contractor`s statement that no decision has been issued against him as a precautionary measure on public procuremente;

7) the Contractor`s statement of the lack of a final judgment of the convicting court for the violation of the penalty of restriction of liberty or a fine to the extent specified by the Employer pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 points 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Law;

8) the Contractor`s statement of the lack of issuing to him the final administrative decision on violation of obligations arising from the provisions of labor law and environmental protection lawor social security provisions to the extent specified by the Employer pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law;

9) the contractor`s declaration of non-payment of local taxes and fees, referred to in the Act of 12.1.1991 on local taxes and fees (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016 item 716).

3 . If the Contractor relies on the resources of other entities, he presents the documents specified inthey in the abovementioned points 1) to 9) regarding these entities and the obligation of these entities.

4. Zam. does not provide for an order referred to in art. 67 section 1 points 6 and 7 of the Public Procurement Law

5. Zam. demands a deposit of PLN 20, 000. In reference to doc. required area in section VI.3) points 2 to persons having their registered office or place of order outside the territory. RP or in relation to a person who has an order outside the territory of the .RP stackthese are the provisions of the Terms of Reference 7D-7G. Period during which the bidder will be bound by the offer: 2 months (60 days).
