Decommissioning of the road network of the Municipality of Choriati of the Municipality of Pilea - Hortiatis, for the period December 2018 - March 2020.

This recurring competition concerns the decommissioning and salt distribution works on the municipal road network of the Municipality of Chortiatis, under the decommissioning program of the Municipality of Pilea - Hortiatis and for the timethe period from 1.12.2018 to 20.3.2019 and from 20.11.2019 to 20.3.2020 (232 days), in accordance with no. 47/2018 study of the Department of Cleaning and Environment of the Municipality of Pilea - Hortiatis.

Main Site: The Municipality of Hortiatis Municipality of Pilaia - Chortiatis - The contest concerns the decommissioning and salt distribution activities on the municipal road network of the Municipality of Chortiatis, 'othe implementation of the decommissioning program of the Municipality of Pilea - Hortiatis and for the period from 1.12.2018 to 20.3.2019 and from 20.11.2019 to 20.3.2020 (232 days) according to art. 47/2018 study of the Department of Cleaning and Environment of the Municipality of Pilea - Hortiatis.

Right of participation:

All natural or legal persons or their associations, according to article 25 par. 1 of Law 4412/2016, -who are engaged in a professional activity related to the subject matter of the work in question.

In order to participate in the competition, the economic operators concerned are required to have a digital signature, issued by a certified digital signature authority and enrolled in the electronic system of the ESS. DHS (www.promitheus.gov.gr)

The minimum necessary requirements to meet-economic operators with regard to their suitability for professional activity: be enrolled in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their Member State of establishment as described in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016 or meet any other requirement set out in this Annex. To prove the above(1) the competition will be carried out using the platform of ESDH.Σ. via the internet portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, in which the economic operators submit their pronouncements electronically

2) accessin the contract documents: the full text of the declaration and other contract documents are available from the National Electronic Public Procurement (EISI) platform, via the www.promitheus.gov.gr web portal from 16.10.2018

3) date of electronic submission of tenders: 16.10.2018 at 8:00:00 am

4) closing date for electronic submission of tenders: 15.11.2018, 15: 00: 00.

5) estimated contract value: net value of EUR 359 600.00 plus VAT 24% EUR 86 304.00, ie EUR 445 904.

exclusion criteria: grounds for exclusion relating to criminal convictions, tax or social security contributions, and other situations as detailed in Article 10 36/2018 Declaration, with EEES. of Article 12A and the relevant supporting documents of Article 20 of the 36/2018 of the declaration, provided by the economic operator.

7) quality assurance standards and, in particular, systems or environmental management standards. In order to demonstrate the above compliance, they shall have: (a) a quality management system certificate EN ISO 9001: 2008 or equivalent, (b) environmental management system certificate EN ISO 14001: 2004 or equivalent, related to demining; (c) OHSAS 18001: 2007 Safety Management and Hygiene Management System Certificate or equivalent, related to de-ionisation. 8) the duration of the employment contract is set for the period from 1.12.2018 to 20.3.2019 and from 20.11.2019 to 20.3.2020 (232 days) with a date of commencement on the date of signature of the contract and the expiry date of 232 calendar days within the above winter months and in any case no more than 20.3. 2020.
