3.2. The subject of the order is winter maintenance of poviat roads and pavements in the City and Commune of Wieliczka, and winter maintenance of poviat roads in the Communes: Kłaj, Gdow, Biskupice, in the winter season 2018/2019.

3.3. The scope of the order includes 194, 030 km of county roads and 48, 704 km, including: part I - the City and Commune of Wieliczka - 87, 685 km of roads and 42, 855 km of pavements, part II - Kłaj district 29.257 km of poviat roads, part III - Gd-w commune 55, 600 km roads and 3, 144 km chodnikow, part IV - Biskupice commune, 21, 488 km of roads and 2, 705 km of pavements

10.1. The ordering party demands a deposit in the amount of:

- part I orders PLN 8, 000.00 (eight thousand zlotys and 00/100),

- part II orders PLN 2, 000.00 (two thousand zlotys and 00/100),

- part III orders PLN 3, 500.00 (three thousand five hundred zlotys and 00/100),

- part IV of the order 1 200.00 PLN (one thousand two hundred zlotys and 00/100).

The contractor will meet the condition regarding competences or entitlements to conduct a given activity withat the stage referred to in point 5.2.1. point a) SIWZ, if it proves that it has a certificate, for the needs of the carriage of goods by road, referred to in art. 33 para. 1 of the Act of 6.9.2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1907 as amended) or a license covering the scope of carriage of goods by road, referred to in art. 5 para. 1 above act, and in relation to foreign entities, equivalent tothe document, in accordance with art. 2 above The Purchaser will assess the fulfillment of the above condition on the principle: meets - does not meet, on the basis of the declaration on fulfilling the conditions of participation in the procedure in the EED part IV, the criteria for qualifying A point 2 and the certificate referred to in art. 33 para. 1 of the Act of 6.9.2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1907, as amended) or a license forreferred to in art. 5 para. 1 above act, and in relation to foreign entities, a valid document, in accordance with art. 2 above Acts. Actors acting jointly can meet the abovementioned condition in total, or one of the contractors has the required permit or license
