Collection, transport and disposal of biogas from 19 treatment plants at 7 supplies at Sjaelland and Lolland

7 utilities at Sjaelland and Lolland hereby provide the collection, transportation and disposal of biogas from 19 treatment plants at 7 supplies in Sjaelland and Lolland as public contract.

The contractor must manage the task after it to the unitcurrent legislation, including the "Environmental Protection Act" (Environmental Protection Act), cf. Legislative Order No. 1121 of 3.9.2018 and "Executive Order on the Use of Waste for Agricultural Formalities" (Pamphlet Order) cf. Notice No. 1001 of 27.6. 2018 and "Executive Order on the Supervision of Sewage Sludge, etc. for Agricultural Formalities" (Order of Confirmation) cf. Statutory Order-No. 56 of 24.1.2000 with subsequent amendments.

The scope of the task is described in the Working Descriptions (AB).

Where biogodification does not meet the quality requirements for direct application to farmland (A sludge), but is categorized as B sludge (exceeded of limit values for environmentally hazardous substances cf. the Order of Confirmation), or categorized as C sludge (exceedance of limit valueis for heavy metals cf. the Statutory Order of Confirmation), the contractor shall disseminate the biogodification according to the legislation in force at any given time.

It should be emphasized that, in connection with the completion of the contract, the developer has only financial financial relations with the contractor, which must therefore have incorporated all the costs of the contract into the offer price. Manually settled according to the handled amount of slips(ton / maned).
