Construction of five Open Activity Zones in the extended version in Łomża. Subject orders

Main Site: City of Łomża

Location of the zone on the plot (part of the plot) with geodes no. 22831 in Łomża, which is owned bynity of the City of Łomża. The project envisages the construction of small architecture objects in a public place in the form of an outdoor gym (6 fitness machines, a trampoline), relaxation zones (benches, chess table, greenery, concrete blocks hardened), fenced playground fitness (3 fitness devices) - as a sports and recreational combined functional teamNot with neighboring multi-family housing.

No grounds for exclusion and other required documents

1. For the purpose of preliminary assessment of compliance by Contractors of the condition of participation in the proceedings and not subject to - Exclusion - in accordance with art. 25a para. 1 of the Act - each Contractor must submit the current statement on the day of submitting the tender proposal on the standard form of the single European order document (the so-called

To the offer according to appendix No. 1 to SIWZ, the Contractor shall attach:

1. Document stating the payment of a bid bond.

2. Power of attorney to the membersia joint offer - within the scope defined in art. 23 sec. 2 acts (if applicable)

3. Power of attorney of the person or persons signing the offer with attachments - if the right to the signature does not - It results directly from the registration documents - (if applicable)

The ordering party, in accordance with art. 24 aa of the Public Procurement Law, provides for the possibility of firstly assessing the offers, and then investigating whether the Contractor whose tender has been rated as the most advantageous is subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
