The object of the contract is to provide support for gambling with the name of New Days of Happiness. Tipos, a national lottery company, and. with. shall be the holder of the license granted in accordance with t 171/2005 Coll. on gambling and amendingI have some contracts for making electronic lottery games for 2 years.

The object of the contract is to provide support for gambling with the title New Days of Happiness. TIPOS, National Lottery Company, a. with. shall be the holder of the license granted in accordance with t171/2005 Coll. about gambling and changing and adding some of the terms to the electronic lottery for a period of 2 years.

A unique feature of gambling is that part of the prize is paid out as a prize to selected number lotteries. Applicants must comply with the conditions of participation specified in - 32 para. 1 zakona. Their fulfillmentaccording to - 32 par. 2, para. 4, para. 5, - 152 para. 1 (registered in the list of economic operators) or - 152 para. 3 public procurement law

The entry in the list of economic operators is effective against any contracting authority and the data contained therein is not necessary to verify in the procurement procedures. Public contracting authority when assessing compliance with the conditions of participation of the personalon the statuses, verify the registration of the economic operator in the list of economic operators, if the applicant did not submit documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or other equivalent registration or registration certificate pursuant to - 152 para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

Registration in the list of entrepreneurs carried out according to the Public Procurement Act valid until April 17, 2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.)

Applicant may provisionally substitute documents proving compliance with the conditions of participation specified by public contracting entities in a single European document pursuant to Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act. The single European document submitted must clearly indicate the fulfillment of all the specified conditions of participation and information on the means of demonstration.and the specified terms of participation under Section 32 of the Public Procurement Act in this procurement procedure. A group of suppliers demonstrates compliance with the terms and conditions of participation in a public procurement contract for each member of the group separately. . 3 of the Public Procurement Act, on the basis of which the applicant is satisfied with the fulfillment of the condition

The public contracting authority did not stipulate any conditions of participation of the financial and economic position in the given competition.

1. Given the conditions of participation, technical specifications, award criteria or contract performance terms, the public procurement in question is green public procurement. The contracting authority implements the contractthrough the Public Procurement Electronic Public Procurement Information System (hereinafter referred to as "IS EVO"). The procedure of the Applicant / Applicant is set out in the manuals for the Applicant / Applicant, which are published on the IS EVO portal page in the menu item Manuals (https://www.uvo.gov.sk/viac-o-is-evo/prirucky-5f7. html). Communicating between the public procurer and the interested or claimantthrough the IS EVO system. In the delivery of the document, the contracting authority will proceed in accordance with the ban on public procurement. The contracting authority requires a security deposit to secure the offer. The security is set at EUR 30, 000.00. Details of composition and return of security are given in the supporting documents.

4. The order will be submitted by the faith procedureaccording to - 66 par. 7 public procurement law.
