Provision of sea and air transport of various materials to the DROM and delivery of post offices in the DROM

Transport service (air / sea / road) consists in:

Main Site: Hexagon and DROM

1) removal of goods at the National Supply Center at the Brie-Comte-Rober Post Officet (77) or direct receipt of goods in the warehouse of the provider in metropolis for shipment of these goods long distance by sea or air to the destinations of: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-and -Miquelon. Freight flow to be supported:

- Shipments from the Postal Supply Center (CNAP) of Brie-Comte-Robert,

- the direct deliveries organized by the DAPO from its suppliers delivered on the platform of departure of the provider,

- the direct discounts of the group La Poste on the platform of departure of the provider. routing used:

- airway for urgent shipments,

- seaway for regular flow (majority).

The candidate will give, at the same time-that the application for participation, the documents indicated below:

1) an excerpt K-bis or equivalence;

2) if it is in receivership, the copy of the judgments pronounced;

3) a declaration duly date and signed on the letterhead of the supplier, to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in 1 and a and c of 4 of the article 45 of the order n - 2015-899;

4) the certifIcats issued by the competent administrations and bodies attesting that the candidate is not in a case of prohibition of tender mentioned in Article 45 (2) of Order No. 2015-899, that is to say:

- a certificate of vigilance issued by the URSSAF,

- a tax certificate justifying the regularity of its tax situation (payment of VAT, corporation tax)income tax), - a certificate attesting to the regularity of his situation with regard to the employment obligation of disabled workers; - (5) where applicable, the list of names of foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject to the work authorization mentioned in Article L. 5221-2 of the Labor Code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Labor Code, its date of hiring, its nationality and the type and serial number of the title of the work permit. Candidates established abroad provide the documents provided for in Articles D. 8222-7 and D. 8254-3 of the Labor Code;

Financial sustainability isIt will be examined in the light of the following elements: the candidate will provide the financial indicators requested in the table of the information questionnaire for the last 3 financial years. In support of his declaration, the candidate will provide the simplified tax reports (CERFA packages) for the last 3 fiscal years closed, that is the balance sheets, income statements and annexes numbered from 2050 to-2059 included (or any equivalent document).
