Objective

The Zaltbommel WWTP is currently not suitable for removing plant protection products (GBM) from waste water. The goal of this project is to remove the GBM at the Zaltbommel WWTP from the waste water from the greenhouse horticulture.n optional extension of the service contract by 2 years) is carried out on the basis of the UAV-GC 2005.

1.4 Project phasing

The work is subdivided into 2 different sub-assignments. The client intends to award an assignment for a partial assignment after the tendering procedure. The partial assignment 2 is awarded after the partial assignment 1 if the environmental permit is obtained by the Client.

1. Part assignmentht 1: the preparation of a definitive design (DO) and related activities, the execution of investigations for environmental and building permits and the preparation of documents required for submitting the necessary permits for the purification step.

2. Sub-assignment 2: The preparation of the implementation design (UO, realization) and the realization of the purification step. The activities of dThis phase must be carried out in the period December 2019 and November 2020.

The Contracting Authority excludes tenderers from participating in this tender that are in one or more of the circumstances referred to in the Public Procurement Act 2012, in Articles 2.86 and 2.87. The tenderer must include the "Uniform European Tender Document (UEA)" in Annex 1 at the tenderSubmit. • The tendermust have a certified safety system and ensure that the parties responsible for carrying out the work have a VCA * certification or an OHSAS 18001 certification (or comparable certified safety system, to be demonstrated by the tenderer). The tenderer must submit this within 7 calendar days upon request.

4.2 Individual information

If the potential Tenderer concerned is of the opinion that a particular one is involvedthe question and answer must remain confidential and therefore does not become part of an Information Note, he must state this explicitly, including a written statement of reasons. The Contracting Authority decides on such a request. These questions can be asked via the question and answer module where individual information must be ticked.

If the Contracting Authority requests this, he will only inform the relevant Candidate of the questions and the answers thereto by means of individual answers. These will be included in the Question & Answer module with the Individual status. The Individual Information will be made available in Negometrix via the Q&A module to the relevant Candidate.

If the contracting authorityIf the Tenderer disagrees that his question can be regarded as confidential, he / she issues a reasoned rejection and asks the Tenderer to indicate whether or not he / she has any objection that the question in question will be included in the Information Note.
