The present consultation is launched according to the procedure of the call for tenders ouvert pursuant to articles 26, 66, 67 and 68 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.

Main Site: Territory of the Metropole Nice Cote d 'Azur

Lot n 1:

- the rehabilitation of the general collector trench open on 1000 ml,

- the doubling of the collector on the Rm6202 on 960 ml,

- the creation of a new discharge station upstream of the valley of the Abei,

- the rehabilitathe existing Lauziere return station,

- the laying of sleeves for the optical fiber.

The time limit for the execution of lot 1 is 12 months (including 2 months of preparation).

The overall delivery period of lot n 1 will begin to run from the date fixed by the order of service which will prescribe the commencement of the services.
