The initial contract for the design and execution of wastewater treatment plants in the cities of Tasnad and Ardud has been terminated. ITat the date of termination of the contract the physical stage of the works is 66.6%.

Completing the works related to wastewater treatment plants in the towns of Tasnad and Ardud in Satu Mare County. Waste water treatment plants are:

- Tasnad 9 673 le,

- Ardud 5 870 le

The design and execution works include:

- Activity- - Development of the necessary documentation to obtain the permits and approvals required for the execution, - Construction works, installations and automation, - Supply and installation of technological equipment and equipment, - Testing and commissioning, - Monitoring of the operation of the stations and Providing assistance to the Beneficiary during the Defective Disclosure Period (PND),

- Remedies for possible defects in PND,

- Training of Apaserv Satu Mare SA personnel

The technical specifications for the works to be designed and executed are detailed in the awarding documentation posted in SEAP

1) Bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided for in art. 177, 178 and 180 of Law no. 99/2016. Methodto prove the fulfillment of the requirement: The tenderers have the obligation to complete and initially submit the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE) (including for associates, third parties, subcontractors, if applicable) with the information related to their situation as the first proof of non-compliance in exclusion situations and in meeting capacity requirementsfirst, following the application of the award criterion on admissible tenders, proves non-compliance with the exclusion cases by submitting, at the request of the contracting entity, the following information and supporting documents (legible copies): - to pay taxes, taxes and contributions to the Cons(local budget, state budget) at the moment of submission,

- The judicial record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those having the power to represent, decide or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / Constitutive Act,

- Where appropriate, documentswhich demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179, par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of Sector Procurement Law 99/2016,

Foreign legal persons shall present any editorial documents issued by authorities of the country of origin proving-that they have fulfilled the obligations to pay the taxes, taxes and contributions to the consolidated budget (local budget, state budget) at the time of submission, in accordance with the requirements requested by the contracting entity in accordance with the legal provisions of the state of residence. Documents will be presented in a legible copy, accompanied by authorized translation in Romanian;
