Refuse disposal and treatment. Aarhus Municipality

The collection area includes households in Aarhus Municipality, which are registered with the scheme regarding garden waste. There are 3 752 pitches where approx. 3, 840 containers. The containers are located at homes, storeys and colony garden houses. The garden waste containers must be emptied 10 times a year and should be distributed evenly over the period from 1 March to 1 December. Some empties can be made in late February and / or early December in agreement with AVA.

The carrier must indicate turnover andsolvency ratio for each of the last two completed financial years, depending on when the business of the carrier was established / started up. is thus obliged to exclude a tenderer who is subject to the following `voluntary` exclusiongrounds (unless the tenderer can prove his credibility under section 138 of the Tendering Act):

1) Has failed to comply with applicable obligations in the field of environmental social or labor law

2) Has been declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidity proceedings.

3 ) AVA may pardon serious doubts in the course of carrying on its profession

4) AVA has sufficient plausible indications to conclude, has entered into an agreement with other economic operators for the purpose of distortion of competition. papers that have unlawfully attempted to interfere with AVA`s decision-making process, the tenderer of which has received confidential informationb) which may give them undue benefits in connection with the tendering procedure, or if the tenderer has grossly negligently provided misleading information which could have a material impact on decisions. taxes or contributions to social security schemes under Danish lawtender or legislation in the country in which the tenderer is established.

For documentation that the tenderer is not covered by the exclusionary grounds and complies with the minimum requirements for suitability, the tenderer must, at the request of AVA, submit the following:

Service certificate (including the police logo) or similar documentation that the tenderer is not covered by the grounds for exclusionaccounts or extracts thereof for the past 2 completed financial years, the publication of which is legally required in the country in which the tenderer is established. The tenderer may prove his economic and financial form by any other document which AVA considers appropriate if the tenderer is unable to produce the documents requested by AVA for a valid reason.The ESPD clean list is considered as final documentation. Thus, no further documentation of the references will be obtained. AVA reserves the right to contact the listed references.
