The subject matter of the contract is the cleaning of oil separators (hereinafter referred to as "ENT") under the management of the National Motorway Company, which consists in water, wastewater treatment, solid sludge removal, waste disposal and filter change by type

Detailed specification of the subject of the contract forms Part B.1 Description of the subject of the contract

1st The applicant proves its financial and economic positionwithin the meaning of - 33 par. 1 pism. In such a case, the tenderer must prove to the contracting authority that, in performing the contract, he will actually use the resources of the person whose position he is using to prove his financial and economic position. The applicant proves this fact by a written contract concluded with this axisboth, whose sources it intends to prove its financial and economic position. The written contract must give rise to an obligation on the part of the person to provide performance for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove financial and economic status must demonstrate fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status, except for - 32 para. 1 pism. e) ZVO and shall not exist with itfor exclusion according to - 40 par. 6 pism. a) to h) and par. 7 ZVO.

3. The contracting authority shall require that the tenderer and any other person whose capacity is to be used to prove financial and economic standing are jointly responsible for the performance of the contract. A group of suppliers shall demonstrate that the conditions for participation relating to economic and financial standing together are met. Economic entity mmay provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by the Single European Document pursuant to - 39 of the Act.
