The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement between the water board and a supplier for the maintenance of approximately 708 IBAs of municipalities within the working area of the water board.

The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement between hhe water board and a supplier for the maintenance of approximately 708 IBAs of municipalities within the work area of the water board on the basis of the attached program of requirements (Negometrix tab `Questionnaires`, 1.1.2 Program of Requirements). - carrying out preventive maintenance,
- carrying out corrective maintenance,
- providing a 24/7 breakdown service,
- carrying outmaintaining master card data in SAM,
- taking care of a complaint registration,
- taking care of residents` information,
- registering and reporting work at SAM,
- coordinating with the client,
- performing (optional) NEN3140 inspections
The contract volume is assumed to be 709 IBAs, the number per year will be determined definitively
