La presente consultaThe purpose of this service is to provide services related to the various components of the wharf management of the trunk fisheries and platforms of the Community of Terres Touloises and Covalom. The sites concerned are specified in the CCTP. Pursuant to Articles L. 2113-1-1 and L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code 2019 (former Article No. 28 of Order No. 2015-899 of23.7.2015 on public markets), the market is the subject of a group of orders whose coordinator is the Community of Terres Touloises. This grouping of orders is formed by the Community of Terres Touloises and Covalom [local public company - shared by its two shareholding communities, the CCMM (Commones de Moselle and Madon) and the CCPCST (Communaute de communes of the Pays de Colombey and South Toulois)]

The purpose of this contract (framework agreement) is to services of the management of the dockside of platforms and decks - lot n 1 - rental, rotation and transport of non-hazardous waste dumpsters of waste and flate-forms (market / framework agreement) 2019_aoo_01_1).
