The Ministry of Defense's Property Agency handles all projects relating to. million on the Ministry of Defense's establishments in Denmark and in need of external advice in connection therewith. The present tender concerns a framework agreement with formal to cover the Ministry of Defense's Property Agency's need for advice on environmental services in connection with the implementation of projects at the Ministry of Defense's establishments in Denmark.

Main Site: The Ministry of Defense's establishments distributed throughout Denmark. consulting assistance within selected parts of the environmental management system (ISO 14001) and the energy management system's (ISO 50001) implementation, expansion and operation in connection with the Ministry of Defense's activities, so that the management system meets the requirements of the standards and is constantly updated. The tasks within environmental and energy management can both be of a clarifying and follow-up nature, as well as concrete solutions. The tasks are far-reaching, from very low-practical upgifts such as updating system documents, for training employees. The sub-agreement also includes assistance in solving tasks that lie within operational tasks at the environmental authority area.

Reference is made to the performance description for sub-agreement 1 for a further elaboration of the above. The scope of advisory services that form part of the specific task will be stated in the fee agreement. It is noticedas if certain tasks will have a short deadline for submission.

The tenderer must enclose completed ESPD, section IV.B, stating the following information, cf. 3 available financial statements;

3) All communication in connection with the tender procedure, including questions and answers, must be done via the electronic tender system, iBinder. Any questions to the tender should be sent via the query function on iBinder no later than Tuesday 12.3.2019 at. 12:00. The questions will be answered no later than 6 days before the deadline. Thet is the tenderer's responsibility to keep up-to-date on any publications on iBinder; 1, no. 1-3, the mentioned conditions. For an association of companies (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for each participating economic operator. As soon as the bidder is based on othersthe entity's form, an ESPD must be filed for each of the entities on which it is based; exclusion grounds stated in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 (1), (2) and (4), unless the tenderer has provided sufficient information(e) before the award decision, the tenderer which the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide documentation of the information provided in the ESPD under the Public Procurement Act; - 151 and 152, cf. - 153;

7) The contracting authority reserves the right to require certain key tasks to be performedDirectly by the bidder himself. A task can be characterized as central when the task requires intensive and continuous cooperation between the contracting authority and the tenderer, or when the task requires a special degree of confidentiality.
