Reference Number: 02 / PN / 2019

1. The subject of the order is the collection and disposal of solid and liquid waste from military complexes administered by 32 BLT in Łask.

Main Site: Gucin 58, 98-113 Buczek

1. Collection and dispatch of unsorted and segregated municipal waste together with their transfer for disposal or use.

2. Information on the forecasted quantities of waste, frequency of export and location of rubbish containers is provided in Annex 7a and 7b to the ToR.

3. The Contractor will provide appropriate containers for municipal waste, to a selective collection (for: glass, papier, plastic, debris, leaves). Containers must be aesthetic, in good condition, have closures and meet the requirements of sanitary services,

4. The Contractor will be obliged to:

4.1 maintain containers permanently,

4.2 systematic disinfection of containers,

4.3 container washings min. 2x a year, or exchange for new ones. The assessment of whether the containers are clean belongs to the Ordering Party

4.4 timely forwardingonly empty containers for rubbish,

4.5 cleanliness around the containers after removing the impurities,

5. Repairs of containers or their replacement shall be made at the cost of the Contractor in the case of damage caused as a result of normal use or resulting from the Contractor's fault,

6. Costs: transport, lease of containers and the cost of temporary storage in landfill and unionsdamage is borne by the Contractor,

7. Municipal waste collection will be carried out by the Contractor according to the needs of the Ordering Party's current declarations, by own transport from the place indicated by the Ordering Party (in each facility)

The Ordering Party considers the condition fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that he has a permit to conduct waste transport activities from art. 27 uson waste from December 14, 2012 (Dz.U.2018.992 as amended) and entry in the register of regulated activities in the field of collecting municipal waste, on the territory of which the order will be implemented, referred to in the Act of 13.9. 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1454).

The Ordering Party does not set a specific condition in this respect.
