In veraddressing the large number of patients from almost the whole of South Bulgaria and in order to ensure the necessary rapid diagnosis and complex treatment it is necessary to provide them with the current public procurement. With the conclusion of the contracts, after the procurement, "Complex Oncology Center - Plovdiv" EOOD will have the opportunity in case of unforeseen and urgentas well as, if necessary, to diagnose more patients, the research should be carried out immediately, thus providing its patients with rapid diagnosis, accessible and quality health care. implementation of outpatient care, as required by the Law of Medicine- The current license for use of sources of ionizing radiation for medical purposes, issued by the NRA for the subject of the territory of the Plovdiv city of the participant, including the medical equipment, which will be used for all lots; the test is carried out - the criterion applies to Lot No. 4 Performing Computer Tomography Studies

When submitting the tender, the participant declares compliance with these selection criteria by submitting a Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP).

Selection criteria relating to fitness are declared by EEDOP participants Part IV "Selection Criteria" Section A "Fitness", point 2. Proofs of proof of fitness for professional activity:

When a participant in the procedure is a grouping which is not a legal person, the documents are submitted by any natural or legal person included in the merger• The documents described above for proving compliance with the required requirement shall be submitted by the participant designated as contractor or upon request in the course of the procedure, in accordance with the procedure laid down in the contract for the formation of the grouping. Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the PPA. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors, if anyThe Contracting Authority does not specify selection criteria regarding the economic and financial standing of the participants.

The Contracting Authority shall remove the participant from the participation in the procedure / separate lot:

1. For whom are the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 and the circumstances under Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 4, 5 of the Public Procurement Act, occurring before or during the procedure; For whom a base is availableunder Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act; Who is not entitled to participate in public procurement on grounds of Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ЗИФОДЮРРКЛТДС), unless the conditions under Art. 4 of the law. The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 and Art. 54, para. 1, item 5 of the Public Procurement Act shall apply to the persons under Art. 40 of the RDP. The requirement under Art. 54, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act shall not apply when the amount of unpaid taxes or social security contributions is not more than 1 per cent of the sum of the annual total turnover for the last completed financial year. The grounds for removal shall apply until the expiration of the terms under Art. 57, aparagraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The grounds for removal are also applicable to subcontractors and third parties. Where one of the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 4, 5 of the Public Procurement Act and before taking a tender he has taken measures to prove the reliability under Art. 56 of the Public Procurement Act, these measures shall be described in EEDOP, and as evidence of reliability of the participant shall be presented the documents under Art.45, para. 2 of the PPPP. The assignor shall remove from the procedure the participant, for whom there are circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of the Acquired Assets

It is envisaged that the concluded contracts will be renewed under the same conditions, for a period of 6 months, with a volume and a forecast value of one second according to the stipulated condition in Art. 43, para. 2 of the projectthe contract. In connection with this possibility and on the grounds of Art. 21, para. (1) of the Public Procurement Act, the value specified in the present announcement includes the envisaged renewal.

Contract (s) concluded for the award of this contract may be renewed once, within the meaning of Art. 6, para. 1 of the PPPP, on the initiative of the contracting authority, in the presence of financial resources and necessity of deliveriessubject to the contract; the renewal may be initiated by the contracting authority in the event of circumstances occurring at the end of the agreed term or reaching the total estimated value of the supplies; the renewal shall include the repetition of all activities under the subject matter of the contract under the same conditions for a period of six (six) months, a volume and a total value of one second of the estimated value of the publican eye; the renewal shall only be effected on the basis of a letter of invitation sent by the contracting authority to the contractor stating the start date of execution. The renewal letter of intent becomes an integral part of the contract.

The guarantee for the performance of the contract is 1% (one percent) of the contract value excluding VAT. The selected artist selects the shape of a guy himselfthe enforcement order under Art. 111, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act

Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots of the order.
